Chart notes
WESTERN GRIT rated off of the early pace and was well placed to the turn, tip two wide upper stretch, bid and took command mid-stretch, dug in late, held well for the win. RONCHETTI chased early pace from the outside, asked four to five wide upper stretch, closed willingly, missed for the win, in time for second. POP ON ICE showed speed, contested pace two to three wide to upper stretch, fought gamely between foes to deep stretch, bested late, held clearly for third. CORIE'S BOY lost path start, gained two wide to mid-stretch, mild late rally. ONE FAMOUS MOLLY chased three to four wide to upper stretch, weakened lane. STAY BY THE BEACH settled, trailed to upper stretch, by tired foe late, no factor. LA TRAVIESA hustled, set pace inside to stretch, gave way lane.
