Chart notes
HERE'S WALDO prompted HARDY CHOICE racing two-wide, took the lead from that one nearing the quarter pole then opened a clear lead nearing the eighth pole and maintained a safe advantage. PORCH SWING was reserved off the pace, rallied three-wide into the stretch but was unable to s=reach the winner while proving to be second best. HARDY CHOICE saved ground setting the pace and held on fairly well when headed nearing the quarter pole for third. MAKABIM saved ground while being allowed to settle but lacked a rally. TALLAHATCHIEBRIDGE was unhurried, rallied three-wide into the stretch but was unable to seriously threaten. SIR CUPID reared up at the start unseating his rider and then was walked off following the race. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE START BUT AFTER VIEWING THE FILMS MADE NO CHANGE IN THE ORDER OF FINISN. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
