Chart notes
TOP OF THE ROCK tracked the early leader two deep, challenged into the far turn and drew off to be well clear under steady pressure. RICKY BOBBY dropped back early on, saved ground through the far turn, tipped out four wide into the upper stretch and rallied up for the place position. JUST PLAIN ORNERY stalked the pace from the inside and had not enough in the drive. SAM'S PROMISE trailed in the early stages, swung five to six wide and needed more in the drive. MOR JAZZ stalked the pace two to three wide and weakened. STATE SCHOOL SMART set all the pace along the inside and gave way. MONGOLIAN MOON showed little. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
