Chart notes
GEM COLLECTION was allowed to settle early, saved ground past the three sixteenths pole, shifted out four wide through the drive and edged up under strong handling. BORDER VIGIL dueled two deep and kept on gamely to the wire. CAVANAL dropped back early on to race near the back, moved up five wide through the far turn and made a good late rally. COMPETITIVE SHOCK had a two to three wide bid and not in the drive. COACH SAM P chased three deep from the outside and weakened. RU MOR STARTER dueled for the early lead along the inside and gave way. SAN ANTON (IRE) saved ground and never threatened. MULTIFACTOR failed to sustain a bid.
