Chart notes
SPINNING BLACK went to the front to set all the pace while leading throughout, drew clear on the final turn and was kept to task in the stretch drive. VALENTINO WHO was allowed to settle around the first turn then moved up through the final turn then shifted out to three wide in upper stretch to make a late run and proved second best. HARDY BOY pressed the pace outside of the leader to the final turn then chased that one to the top of the stretch then shifted inside but had no late kick. B BOLD CHARLIE was away alertly then stalked the pace down the backstretch but lacked a late response. AMERICAN SOLO raced wide throughout while tracking the leaders but was not a threat. THE LAST FEAT trailed throughout.
