Chart notes
ASIAN MATRIARCH patiently waited to be called on down the backside, given the queue four wide into the far turn, drew on even terms outside the leaders leaving the quarter pole, easily took control into the lane, widened the margin from the furlong marker, kept alert through the final stages. CHANEL SPIRIT away in good order, contested the pace two wide into the far turn, running on the wrong lead and no match for the runaway winner, stayed on willingly for the place award. QUEEN IN THE DECK broke sharp, set a pressured pace along the rail into the far turn, three wide trip through the lane, evened out held safe for the show. AZ WE SPEAK broke a step slow, roused on between runners into the far turn, angled inside into the lane, never able to switch leads, churned on, edged out for the show. HAUT LES COEURS raced off the pace four and five wide, outside trip into the lane, had no late punch. LOFTY COWTOWN found a clean pocket off the topflight down the backside, bid three wide into the lane, came up empty. IMA MOM saved ground well off the pace, roused three wide far turn, never factored.
