Chart notes
SURELY SWIFT hustled to the front to set the pace, fended off a mild challenge on the turn and won going away. CHITOZ STORM CAT raced close up on the pace from three wide to the turn then tipped in to race two wide around the turn, shifted back out to three wide in upper stretch to make a late run to be second best. MYSTIC GRACE broke outward while racing five wide to the turn, moved up to challenge the leader on the turn but was no match for that one and weakened. GOSPEL BLOSSOM raced off the pace while saving ground to the top of the stretch but lacked a late kick and was outfinished. JERRY'S LADY was close up on the pace from two wide to the half mile marker before being shuffled back going into the turn and passed tired one in the stretch. DIAMOND GAL was in contention from four wide to the half mile marker then fell back, lacked a rally and tired. SADDLE MOUNTAIN showed no speed and was outrun, eased.
