Chart notes
MR. KUNTATA stalked the pace, moved up three wide near the quarter pole and finished swell to edge up under all out pressure. PROWLING CAT pressed the early leader from the outside, dug in through the upper stretch, led near the sixteenth pole and missed in a game effort. ROWAN AUGUST stalked the pace, raced four wide near the eighth pole, shifted in through the stretch drive and finished gamely to the wire. WARREN'S C J trailed early on, saved ground past the quarter pole, angled off the inside through the drive and made a late gain. ROCKSALOT set a pressured early pace along the inside and faded. LIL ANTHONY broke awkwardly and never threatened. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
