Chart notes
FAUST stalked between rivals in the three path, bid confidently in the two path passing the three-eighths pole, held command passing the quarter, was roused from the four path in upper stretch, and kicked away while being kept to task. INVICTUS prompted the pace inside, came under a ride in the two path midway around the turn, angled out to the four path turning into the lane, could not keep up with the runaway winner, but chased on to be second best. INNOVATOR showed the way in the two path, was roused along inside passing the quarter, faded down the lane, but held onto the show bob. DARK VECTOR was unhurried in the two path early, pushed along midway around the turn, angled out to the eight path at the top of the stretch, and inched ahead of tired inner foes. CAMP EVANS stalked in the four path, was cued from the three path passing the three-eighths pole, but faded. ROWDY RIOT bumped with an inner foe at the start, raced off the pace in the four path and made no closing bid. MITTY'S GRIDDY bumped with an outer foe at the start, chased in the three path but weakened.
