Chart notes
WEEKEND PRINCESS dueled from inside, took over early on the turn, put CONFIDENTIALITY away in upper stretch, drew off while ridden out in the final furlong and was in hand approaching the wire. SLICE came in to bother a rival early, chased from well off the pace, went two wide into the turn then quickly found the rail, stayed inside to the stretch and finished well next to the fence to gain second but could not threaten the winner. GOVERN showed brief speed between rivals then chased up the backstretch, rounded the bend three then four wide outside a rival, offered a mild response down the lane but got outkicked for second. CONFIDENTIALITY vied three deep then held a short lead over WEEKEND PRINCESS up the backstretch, lost command early on the turn but fought back around the bend, had the rider drop the crop outside the eighth pole and weakened after. JASMINE chased out of range in the two path leaving the backstretch, spun three wide into the lane and could not threaten. LA CANTINA ROSSA got crowded and shuffled back then climbed trailing the field, angled to the rail on the turn and was never a factor.
