CAROL T vied early on outside a pair of rivals before emerging inside five furlongs to run to duel with TOP OF THE TABLE to her inside while four paths off the rail, tucked three wide through the turn, took over sole command inside the five-sixteenths and spun four wide into upper stretch, angled in straightened away and edged clear under a drive to prevail. TOP OF THE TABLE coaxed from the gate, vied early on between foes before dueling three then two wide with the aforementioned foe to her outside, came under urging at the five-sixteenths marker, cornered just off the inside into upper stretch, kept on to the finish to be along clear for the place honors. GRACEFUL ROSE chased three then two wide under a ride from three furlongs out, angled five wide into upper stretch, weakened. REDWINEANDWHISKEY coaxed from the start, vied inside a pair from the two path until eased off inside five furlongs to run, tucked to the rail through the turn and came under encouragement at the three-eighths pole, angled three to four wide at the top of the stretch, weakened in the drive. DORTH'S SOL DANCER got away last and to an awkward beginning when growing fractious just as the latch was sprung and conceded three lengths to the front when settling into stride, chased five the four wide ridden along with seven-sixteenths to go, tipped six wide at the head of the lane and trailed throughout. There was a Stewards' Inquiry focusing on DORTH'S SOL DANCER at the start. After review, it was deemed that DORTH'S SOL DANCER had caused her own issue at the break prior to the race being declared official.
