Chart notes
IRISH MAXIMA coaxed from the gate, showed the away in hand just off the inside, continued in the two path into upper stretch and was roused straightened away, drew clear under a drive kept to task to the finish. NIC'S STYLE broke in at the start, chased four then three wide under a ride from the seven-sixteenths marker, cornered four wide into upper stretch, kept on to secure the place honors while geared down at the end. SWEET BROWN SUGAR got bumped at the start by ATARAH, chased three then two wide under urging from the five-sixteenths pole, spun three wide for home and offered up a mild bid. ATARAH brushed the near side stall at the start and then bumped SWEET BROWN SUGAR, chased along the inside and then just off the inside down the backstretch, went two then three wide through the turn and then six wide into upper stretch and offered no rally. CUPID'S HEART coaxed from the gate, chased five then four wide under encouragement from midway on the turn, tipped five to six wide at the head of the stretch, weakened.
