Chart notes
WINE AND ROSES raced off the pace, advanced on the turn, came wide, closed steadily outside, surged in deep stretch and got up at the wire. NIT WITNESS stalked outside, chased on the turn, rallied three wide into the stretch, took over, drew clear, dug in gamely and was nailed at the wire. CALISA was off slowly, moved up early to contest the pace, vied inside, dueled on the turn, weakened and held well for third. SWEET DISTRACTION tracked on the inside, chased inside on the turn and had no rally. VANAKA vied between rivals for the lead, dueled two wide on the turn and tired. BROAD STROKES vied three wide for the early lead, then chased and faded. INSTANT VISION raced off the rail, off the pace, chased outside on the turn and faded.
