Chart notes
KYKEON prompted the pace four wide outside the leader, moved to apply more pressure around the final turn, moved to a short lead between foes in upper strong, clung to the advantage while surrounded inside the furlong grounds, kept on under strong handling and edged clear late. SOBIESKI took over early and set the pace in the two path, handled outer pressure while coaxed along past the three eighths, dueled inside the winner into the stretch, fought on valiantly inside rivals through the final sixteenth and earned the place. VALID CONNECTION rated behind foes and off the inside, took closer order into the far turn then briefly idled, came back on with a run three wide between foes in mid stretch then evened out very late. TETCHED lost ground five wide tracking the pace, ranged up under pressure into the stretch, bid outside a quartet of runners nearing mid stretch, chased on leaving the sixteenth pole and hung late. Z BOSS rated off foes soon after the break then secured the inside to stalk, edged up nearing the half, was under a hearty ride pursuing past the five sixteenths, remained inside with pursuit to mid stretch then faded. FINISTERE , four deep into the first turn, lost ground six wide from the three quarter pole, was under a ride leaving the far turn, lacked a punch and faded through the final quarter mile.
