Chart notes
ABDICATE broke alertly, stalked the pace around the first turn, upped the tempo vied two wide down the backside, headed leaving the furlong marker, battled back three wide leaving the sixteenth marker, determined up in time. CALL SIGN broke sharp, vide inside down the backside, forged a very slim lead leaving the furlong marker, just off the rail through the lane, dug in gamely, nailed at the wire. PAINTMYMASTERPEACE rated off the pace two wide down the back stretch, quickened stride leaving the quarter pole, cut the corner into the lane, rallied with vigor along the rail through the final sixteenth. DR. BUZZY blew the first turn, quickly recovered pressed the leaders three wide into the far turn, battled on upper, evened out through the final stages. ORACLE OF BEAUFORT slow into stride, raced off the pace three wide down the backside, called on same three wide placing around the far turn, came up empty. MR GARET'S JOY saved ground off the pace down the backside, angled out three wide into the lane, never threatened. LEFT HIM BEHIND broke alertly, chased the pace inside into the far turn, under pressure leaving the quarter pole, faltered through the stretch.
