Chart notes
KNICKLEANDIME dictated the pace from the rail turning into the backstretch, continued to hold a firm advantage while waiting around the far turn, came under a ride at the top of the lane, and kicked away to be much the best. SPITFIRE tracked in the three path, came under pressure while between rivals in the two path passing the three-eighths pole, angled out passing the quarter, swung from the four path into the stretch, could not get to the winning pacesetter, but chased on to clearly be second best. AGRIPPINA stalked in the four path up the backstretch, loomed under coaxing from the three path midway around the far turn, but weakened down the lane. KABOOM rated in the two path, was coaxed along from the rail around the far turn, but was empty entering the stretch. PRIVATE DEBBIE was rank in the three path around the first turn, pressed from there entering the backstretch, but yielded between foes around the far turn. JEWLZ checked behind the leader midway around the first turn, laid up close in the two path up the backstretch, was ridden into the far turn, but gave way in the stretch.
