Chart notes
BRINDANO rated in the clear and within range of a somewhat contested early pace, edged up and bid three wide between runners leaving the half mile marker, wrested command soon into the stretch, briefly cleared under a drive near the three sixteenths, dug in when joined by an inner PARTY WITH SMARTY in mid stretch, sparred from there and dug in tenaciously to narrowly prove best. PARTY WITH SMARTY , in close attendance along the inside and under early rating, came under a ride mid turn, remained inside and bid to engage the winner in mid stretch, fought gamely but wasn't quite good enough. BRIGHTY grabbed command early, set the pace two wide while handling outer pressure, edged clear near the half then was soon engaged by a pair of outer foes, dueled with the winner from the three eighths to upper stretch then faded through the final furlong. TELL 'EM I'M COMIN broke a step slow, settled well back through the opening quarter mile, ranged up four wide and bid outside rivals leaving the half, pressed to about the five sixteenths, failed to kick on soon into the lane and weakened. GAELICHEARTOFGOLD pressed three wide outside BRIGHTY, failed to keep pace with outer foes exiting the far turn, shifted out a bit then back in and faded through the drive.
