Chart notes
KISSTHEMOON tracked the early pace a few lengths back, closed in through the far turn to split foes three wide approaching the three sixteenths to take charge, kicked clear of the rest. EXCELLORATOR pressed the early leader between foes, began asking to contest the lead midway through the far turn, passed the original pace setter in the upper stretch while simultaneously giving way to KISS THE MOON, no match for the winner. HEY PORTER settled back to be the early trailer, began asking heavily around the seven sixteenths to no avail, found best stride late to pick off tiring foe along the inside of the stretch and shifted out towards the three path to pass one more. EASTER BET set a pressured pace along the inside, came under heavy pressure from EXCELLORATOR midway through the far turn, ultimately conceded the lead at the three sixteenths and weakened then on. KALADIN moved up to stalk the pace three wide, failed to respond to any encouragement provided by the rider around the five sixteenths, faded down the stretch.
