Chart notes
CRUSHED IT was well placed just off the pace, gained along the rail into the turn then took the lead just inside the seven-sixteenths pole, moved clear into the lane, drew away under a drive into the final sixteenth then was eased up while much the best. ELIMINATE broke a step slow, dropped to the rear of the field then moved out, was roused while shifting from the two path to the four path on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the six path and finished willingly for the place. UNLIMITEDPOTENTIAL moved in while going to the front then showed the way, dropped from the three path to the two path early on the turn, lost the advantage just inside the seven-sixteenths pole, dropped back in the three path into the stretch and tired while clear for the show. BIG BLUE LINE was hustled from the gate, moved out leaving the chute, raced just off the pace, chased in the two path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the four path and lacked the needed response. BRIGADIER GENERAL tracked the pace on the outside, came under urging late on the backstretch, chased in the four then three path on the turn, dropped back in the five path into upper stretch and capitulated. THREE TECHNIQUE was last into stride then dropped back, angled in while settling well back in the field, was urged along late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn, spun into the stretch in the two path and failed to threaten.
