Chart notes
RANDY SAID SO broke alertly, set the pace along the rail into the club house turn, hooked by SCAR NOSE mid-way down the back stretch vied with that one into the lane, dug in gamely, prevailed under the wire. SCAR NOSE stalked the leader inside around the first turn, worked off the rail vied two wide into the far turn, running on the wrong lead, chased on late, second best. THE COMMACK KID tracked the pace around the first two turns, under a serious scrubbing chased the top pair three wide leaving the quarter pole, finished evenly through the final sixteenth. R ELLIOT never involved.
