DENALI LIGHTNING prompted the early pace in the three path, bid while receiving a right handed cue midway around the turn, took command passing the quarter, drew away passing the eighth pole, and stayed on to hold sway. GIMME A CHANCE chased, angled inside entering the turn, was pushed along from just off the rail around the turn, swung from the three path into the lane, and ran on to get the place bob. MR FAHRENHEIT tracked in the two path, was roused midway around the turn, angled out passing the quarter, swung from the five path into the lane, and kept on while on the left lead for show. POLAR WOLF bumped between foes at the start, trailed in the four path, came under pressure between rivals in the three path midway around the turn, and stayed on from the four path in the stretch. FLAT OUT BLESSED bumped with an inner foe at the start, raced in midpack from the four path, was coaxed along while inching closer around the turn, lost ground while swinging from the six path into the lane, then finished willingly without making much impact. PERFECTLY HARVEY raced off the pace inside, was cued from the two path midway around the turn, but made no final bid. VINEY chased in the three path, was driven around the turn, angled out to the seven path at the top of the stretch, but made no impact. KING NIQUE set the pace in the two path, was coaxed from the rail when challenged midway around the turn, but lost the lead before the quarter, then yielded down the lane. FREE OF FROST bumped with an outer foe at the start, was wellback in the three path and did not threaten. JONESBOOGIE raced off the pace in the five path and never menaced. BERNARDI ducked in and lost the rider leaving the chute, completed the circuit, was caught shortly after the race, and walked off. NO CHANGES WERE MADE AFTER THE STEWARDS HELD AN INQUIRY TO LOOK AT THE INCEDENT LEAVING THE CHUTE.
