Chart notes
BETTER THAN CANDY stalked the pace from four wide to bid into the far turn, showed in front nearing the lane and edged clear under steady handling. SANDHILL MO contested the lead inside a rival early, continued with the winner through the far turn but could not go with that one in the lane. L R SUPERSTAR moved up four and five wide going to the far turn then could not produce the needed late run in the drive. KENNEDY'S CAUSE was along the inside and lacked a closing bid. TITOS PARTY broke outward, improved position four and five wide but was not a threat. TIZ TROPHY TIME stalked the pace from three wide early and weakened. SARGENT RAY contested the early pace from three wide and tired. PARTY CRASHER was always back.
