Chart notes
ROSE RITA accelerated to the front, edged clear nearing the turn and set a rated pace, eagerly moved away three wide into the stretch, extended the margin under solid encouragement in mid stretch then was confidently handled through the final fifty yards. KHALI J bore at the break bumping and tightening a rival, corrected and edged up between foes, shifted in near the half, pursued inside rivals past the five sixteenths and continued on with effort to be clear of the rest. AGUA FRESCA , bumped and pinched back at the break, regrouped and raced off the early pace, lost ground four wide leaving the far turn, circled five wide into the stretch and offered a mild response. MISS SERAFINA hit the outer portion of her stall and was off a step slow, dropped well off the pace, saved ground under a ride into the stretch but failed to muster up a solid run. NEBLINA , bumped at the break, edged up three deep leaving the far turn, chased four wide into the lane, raced between runners past the sixteenth pole and faded. NOT TODAY , away alertly, prompted outside the winner into the turn, chased three wide between horses past the five sixteenths and weakened.
