Chart notes

ELUSIVE TARGET was in tight on the rail and steadied entering the first turn, then stalked three wide, bid between rivals entering the far turn, dueled, led into the stretch and drew clear late, driving. SUNDAY SPIRIT raced three wide early, then vied two wide for the lead, set the pace on the backside, dueled inside on the far turn, dug in gamely in the stretch and came up second best. SILENT MODE vied inside for the lead, continued close up on the backside, chased on the far turn and stayed on well through the lane to earn the show spot. DREAMING OF GERRY raced off the pace, chased inside on the far turn and lacked a rally. HERMOSO HOMBRE raced off the pace, chased two wide on the far turn and had no rally. EPIC LUCK steadied after the start, then stalked outside, bid three wide entering the far turn, dueled and tired.
