Chart notes
PERCY'S BAR stalked comfortably along the inside, slipped up a vacated rail to bid inside of the leader passing the quarter pole, assumed command entering the lane and drew off. ZANY settled off of the pace two wide and between horses, moved forward to stalk outside of the top pair and from the four path with a half mile remaining, sustained pursuit around the far turn, but got outkicked by an inner rival passing the quarter pole, then ran on after changings leads at the furlong grounds to prove second best. STAR ACTRESS settled off of the pace along the inside, chased in the four to five path turning for home then stayed on. FRENCH FRICTION dictated terms while well in hand in the two path, met an inner challenge at the quarter pole, got headed entering the lane and faded. OMAHA BAY stalked from the three path, prompted between horses with a half mile to go then faded turning for home. HOLLYBYGOLLY tracked four wide but was through early.
