THOUGHTTHATCOUNTS raced off of the pace in the five to four path, gained ground around the turn, took aim on the leaders from the five path entering the lane, ranged up to bid in midstretch, dueled with an inner counterpart through the final furlong but was fended off. PRAETOR bumped with an inner foe at the start, prompted the leader from the three path and between horses, forged an advantage into the turn, led into upper stretch, but was collared by an outer pair at the furlong grounds, gave way yet lasted for show. GATE TO WIRE raced forwardly along the inside, chased around the turn, shifted to the four path entering the lane then stayed on willingly. FLYING LIAM tracked from the two path, got outkicked by an outer bidder reaching the lane, chased through midstretch then yielded fourth. IMPLEMENTATION lacked speed along the inside, shifted out to the five to six path in upper stretch and failed to factor. JOHNY'S RENDEZVOUS raced at the rear two wide and between horses then failed to factor. DEMOLITION DUKE bumped with an outer rival at the start, pursued three wide, fanned to the six path into the lane and made little impact. TOUCHY bumped with an outer foe at the start, led narrowly in the two path as an outer pair prompted, got headed into the turn, sustained position around the bend but weakened entering the lane. C K WONDER bumped with an inner foe at the start, went wrong at the five furlong pole, was pulled up down the backstretch and was transported off of the track in an equine ambulance.
