WINEGOLD brushed the off side stall at the start and then was bumped by SO SPIRITED, who broke inwards, chased four then three wide coming under light coaxing half a mile from home, tipped five wide into upper stretch and stayed on one paced to the finish. THE HERO CODE coaxed from the start, chased five wide under a ride from the seven-sixteenths marker, tipped out six to seven wide into upper stretch, offered no response. JAMAICA REDD shied in at the start filling the vacancy of the hesitating KILLYBEGS KID, dueled from the two path with CHARLIE CHARMER to the outside coming under encouragement midway on the turn, got headed for the front with five-sixteenths to go, spun two to three wide for home and weakened in the stretch. PLEX forwardly placed from the gate, chased along the inside and then just off the inside fading the rear of the field through the turn ridden along from the seven-sixteenths pole, angled five to six wide into upper stretch, made no impact.
