Chart notes
TORTUGA COAST unhurried in the beginning, racing in the middle of the field, moved up on the inside around the second turn, angled out, split rivals, rallied down the lane and was going away at the end. LA JEFACITA brushed at the start, pressed the pace, raced close throughout, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. SHOW' EM NOLA showed early speed, forwardly placed throughout, but proved no match for the top two. MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE raced near the back, made a steady gain, saved ground around the second turn, made a rail bid, but was no factor. KHOZY'S OPERETTA raced within contention, came around the final turn on the outside and weakened. CINCY'S PLAYER void of early speed, improved position, racing inside, but was no threat. GIVIN OFF SPARKS lacked early speed and was never close. FLATTER ME AVERY brushed at the start, sprinted to the front, drove clear, saved ground and faded. BAYOU'S BARBIE always raced near the back and showed little.
