Chart notes
BERNABEU was allowed to settle early on the inside, moved out and made a four wide move on the far turn and took over leaving the five sixteenths and drew off to prove much the best while being kept to crop pressure. ESPERANZITO was reserved early, outside pursuit down the backside and made a five wide run on the far turn and was up for the place award while no match to the winner. GUYS TRIP set a pressured pace along the inside and then shook clear down the backside and then was headed by the winner by the five sixteenths and then was out-finished for the place award while besting the rest. LOMAX was settled back early and raced three to four wide on the far turn and came five wide into the lane and improved position gaining the last spot in the superfecta. EXCUSES chased the pace three wide and weakened. CELTIC PRINCE was rated along the inside and weakened. WESTHAMPTON was settled back early and raced on the rail on the far turn and was not a factor. STARSHIP MAGELLAN was settled back early on the inside, two to three wide on the far turn and came four wide into the lane while being no factor. MISTER MONOCLONAL pressed the pace three to two wide and tired.
