Chart notes
VAMONOS CHICAS sluggish around the first turn, slowly advanced down the backside, called up five wide circled the leaders leaving the furlong marker, drew on even terms outside BRAND NEW DANCE nearing the sixteenth post, rallied clear for the victory. BRAND NEW DANCE broke alertly, chased the pace inside around the first turn, collared the leader nearing the five sixteenth marker, forged a very slim lead around the second bend, no match for winner leaving the sixteenth marker, chased on late, second best. RIO OSO very slow into stride, sent to the attack four wide into the far turn, willingly held on late for the show prize. SPERRY CHALET tracked off the pace three wide into the far turn, chased between leaving the quarter pole, off the rail through the lane, improved position late. SYLVETTE bad stumble at the bell, outrun down the backside, trailer into the lane, went by-faders late, no real impact. HOPING saved ground down the backside, angled out around weary pace setter leaving the quarter pole, came up empty late. CAJUN PRIME raced off the pace two wide, under pressure leaving the quarter pole, never threatened. CANDY LUNA broke sharp, set the pace around the first turn, collared mid-way down the backside, faltered through the stretch.
