Chart notes
CAMP DADDY pressed the pace between rivals turning into the backstretch, headed the inner pacesetter from the two path entering the far turn, received right handed cues starting midway around the far turn, took the lead while in the three path at the top of the lane, and dug in while dueling with inner pacesetter in the final furlong to hold on. BOLT AT MIDNIGHT set the early tempo along the inside while contested by an outer pair turning up the backstretch, came under pressure when headed passing the three-eighths pole, lost the lead turning into the stretch, battled gamely to fight back in the two path entering the final furlong, but could not get past the outer winner. PARKWAY was held up from up close outside of an inner pair in the three path, was cued passing the quarter, and kept on in the five path down the lane to clearly be best of the rest. CURLINS INCHARGE rated in the three path up the backstretch, was pushed along from the two path around the far turn, and finished evenly in the stretch. BOOMING chased in the three path, got put to a drive passing the three-eighths pole, angled out to the five path at the top of the lane, but made no impact. RINGSIDE tracked inside, was driven around the far turn, but flattened. TIS CHARMING trailed inside and never threatened.
