Chart notes
GENERAL BRADLEY dueled for the lead on the inside and then gained a short lead on the turn and came two wide off the turn and kicked clear to the furlong marker and then maintained a safe margin to the wire to prove best under a drive. GHOST PROTOCOL bumped at the start, tracked the leaders two wide on the turn, moved out and came four wide into the lane and finished well on the left lead but had to settle for being second best. WIN RUNNER tracked the pace along the inside and cut the corner leaving the turn but lacked the needed winning bid while besting the rest. SHIP SERVE broke outwardly and bumped a rival, moved up to dueled outside the winner two wide and came three wide into the lane but weakened. DO BETTER was squeezed back at the start, settled and raced two to three wide on the turn but had no punch in the drive while racing evenly. SOFOCLES was reserved early, came four wide into the lane and had a mild belated rally. THE KID IS BACK was off a step slow and failed to menace. ECHO GARDEN was settled back early and swung out six wide leaving the turn but never factored.
