Chart notes
ROLL ON LUKE vied for the early lead, raced head and head with CHIEF DUST MAKER throughout and prevailed for the win. CHIEF DUST MAKER challenged on the front end, saved ground around the turn, dueled to the wire, missed for the win, but proved best of others. SAMUEL pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout and was along for third. JUAN OF THOSE DAYS lacked early speed, made a late gain, but was no real factor. BLUE KING void of early speed, came around the turn on the outside, moved up, but was no threat. CLOSING AGENT pressed the early pace, raced outside around the turn and weakened. ZYDECO TYME raced in the middle of the field, faded, finished wide and was no threat late. OCEAN VOYAGER always raced near the back and showed little.
