Chart notes

ORANGE CANYON broke alertly, vied inside down the back stretch, forged clear leaving the quarter pole, held sway driving through the lane. MEEMAW'S GIRL broke sharp, pressed inside down the backside, three wide pursuit leaving the furlong marker, chased on late, second best. ZERO DEGREES outrun down the back side, tipped out three wide into the lane, closed in willingly for the show. MODEST KAY saved ground well off the pace, clean rail bid into the lane, had no late punch. GOLDEN PLUNGE raced off the pace three and four wide, never threatened. BARAPHA sluggish start, never involved. ADDITIONAL FACTOR bobbled at the start, cruised up vide two wide down the backside, under pressure leaving the quarter pole, faltered through the stretch.
