Chart notes
BACK FORTY prompted the early pace and went up to duel for command nearing the quarter pole and then made a bid to kick clear by the furlong marker and then maintained a safe margin to the wire to prove best under a drive. YOU'RE THE ONE was rated along on the outside and advanced three to four wide on the turn, came five wide into the lane and ran on well to be clearly second best. MISSY SIXTYSIX was bumped and steadied at the break and trailed on the inside, eased out on the turn and swung out six wide leaving the turn and had a belated rally to gain the show award. PERIDOT PENDANT bumped a rival leaving the gate and out-sprinted TOOTALOO KANGAROO for the early lead and then moved to the rail leaving the half mile marker, then was headed by the quarter pole and weakened in the lane. TOOTALOO KANGAROO was hustled along early but could not get the lead, then tracked the leaders from the inside and then the two path on the turn, dropped back leaving the five sixteenths and then was empty in the drive while under wraps.
