GOSHEN threw her head then hit the gate at the start, rallied outside rivals into the stretch to contest the lead before the furlong marker, drifted in despite left handed urging nearing the sixteenth pole and edged clear late under strong handling. DR SCHUSTER set the pace inside rivals into the clubhouse turn, gave up the lead and shifted two wide entering the backstretch, came on again to reclaim the advantage entering the second bend, drifted to the six path entering the stretch, set the pace past the furlong marker and finished a game second. KYKEON stalked the pace into the stretch, loomed boldly between rivals in upper stretch, was put in tight by the winner nearing the sixteenth pole causing her rider to check and shift outside the winner and lost momentum. DREAM KNIGHT never far back, finished well inside the top trio. SIGHT UNSEEN passed tiring rivals. BOUDIN well placed, failed to respond. FASTER was through after a half. SUNSET TOWN made the lead two wide at the three quarter pole, dropped inside, set the pace into the far turn, was a sharp threat into the stretch then was used up. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN AND THE RIDER OF KYKEON LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF THE WINNER FOR INTERFERENCE IN DEEP STRETCH, AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS DISQUALIFIED GOSHEN AND PLACED HER THIRD.
