PURDY DARN GOOD pressed the pace inside, was in tight near the five-eighths pole, angled out and bid between foes near the half-mile pole and drew off under a mild drive before gearing down late. DROGON was unrushed early, bid near the half-mile pole and gained the place. NEHALEM raced in the three path and improved position late.
