Chart notes
FLAT DISCOUNT saved ground down the backside, waited patiently for room leaving the quarter pole, angled out forged a path between rivals nearing the furlong marker, held sway driving through the final sixteenth. DAME CATHERINE tracked the pace four wide down the back stretch, called up five deep into the lane, late rally up in time for the place. RARE RUBY saved ground around the first turn, hustled up bid between runners leaving the three eighths marker, stayed on willingly for the show. SHOOPTHEREITIS lacked speed around the first turn, took aim four wide into the lane, mild late gain. BALI HAI broke sharp, set a swift solo pace down the backside, collared leaving the furlong marker, fade through the final stages. GOLDEN GIRL LENA broke alertly, chased the pace two wide into the far turn, under pressure upper, gave way through the stretch.
