Chart notes
NATIONAL STORY settled five wide, rallied under left handed urging through the stretch to make the lead late and drew clear. MAILS HERE bumped at the start, pressed the pace two wide past the quarter pole, made the lead, set the pace until deep stretch then was no match for the winner. REDDEN bumped at the start, stalked the pace three wide and finished gamely to gain third. MOR CRAFTY failed to menace. LEROYISALAGNIAPPE was no threat. TAHLEQUAH JOE close up from the start, offered a mild bid along the rail into the stretch then came up empty. BAD BOY BOOGIE away alertly, set the pace along the inside past the quarter pole, had speed to the furlong marker then stopped.
