Chart notes

EASY DIAL broke a step slow then brushed with an outer rival shortly after the start, tracked along the inside, pursued the top pair from the two to three path around the turn, bid outside of them in upper stretch then edged past. CITY OF LIFE vied three to two wide, led into upper stretch, but got headed by an outer bidder in midstretch while hanging on his left lead, changed over in the final furlong and kept on to prove second best. HYPERLINK prompted two wide and between horses before backing off with a half mile to go, chased in the three to four path around the turn, ran on to duel for show with an inner rival through the final sixteenth and prevailed. DIXIE DEVIL got floated inwardly by an outer rival and brushed aninner foe soon after the start, settled off of the pace in the two to path, ran on in the two to three path to bid for show along with an outer foe at the sixteenth pole, battled with that one late but missed. MY LUCKY PENNY vied along the inside, got headed entering the lane and gave way. CREATURE lugged inwardly soon after the start, trailed in the two to three path and got outrun.
