Chart notes
INTERSTELLAR got bumped at the start but still, went to the front and dictated the early fractions with one rival in close pursuit, the rest racing in pairs behind, maintained a clear margin through the far turn, responded when set down in the stretch, and went unchallenged to the finish. GHOST COWBOY was held up just behind the pace setter through the first turn, was always close, made a good late run up the rail in the stretch but was second-best. BANDERA BLING veered out at the start, tracked two-wide in mid-pack, kicked on when the pace picked up in the far turn, and finished well to gain third prize. ZORRO D' ORO pressed the early pace two-wide, could never get close to the eventual winner, but gave a good effort despite being outkicked in the stretch. KING ARTHUR RIDGE settled at the back of the field along the rail, moved up in range near the three-furlong pole, but did not kick on through the stretch. HIT ONE OUT was unprepared for the start as the gates opened and was left behind, settled two-wide at the back, and never menaced.
