Chart notes
EXPLORATION trailed in the two to four path, fanned out to the six path entering the lane and rallied to reel in the leader late. WISTUCKY raced close up along the inside, shifted out to the four path to take aim entering the lane, progressed to bid in upper stretch, led into the final furlong but got caught by an outer bidder late and held place. MICHAEL'S COVE bumped with an inner foe at the start, laid off of the pace in the two path then offered a rail rally to miss place. TIGER'S LEGACY pressed from the three path, sustained pressure into the lane but got outkicked by rivals on both sides in midstretch and yielded. BRIDGE CLASSIC bumped with an outer foe at the start, set the pace in the two path before moving to the inside into the turn, but got headed by an outer bidder in midstretch then yielded between horses. BAYTOWN BRUISER chased from the two to three path then faded between horses entering the lane.
