Chart notes
CLOUDY PAST was four and five wide early, continued stalk outside, wore down NORTHWIND through the lane and moved clear under steady handling. NORTHWIND made the pace on a short lead about the two to three path, kicked clear into the lane but could not contain the winner and wore down late. MIDNIGHT RULES rallied inside but could not threaten through the lane. AFTER THE GAME saved ground and lacked a rally. HUSKER BUTCH was not a threat four wide. STIFF DRINK failed to mount a bid four wide. BRIGGSEY pressed the pace outside NORTHWIND to the far turn and tired. This race was originally hand-timed and reviewed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate times available.
