NIC'S STYLE broke in and bumped JUST A PHILLY at the break, then stalked the leader and was bumped nearing the half mile marker by GIRVIN STAR, made a two wide bid and drew clear on the turn and came four wide off the turn, was given one pop right handed with the crop by the furlong marker while well clear and then was ridden out and had speed to spare late. JUST A PHILLY bumped at the break, then tracked the early pace in between rivals and was bumped by GIRVIN STAR and had to steady between rivals by the eleven sixteenths marker and fell back to trail, then advanced three wide on the turn and came five wide off the turn and ran on willingly but had to settle for being clearly second best. GIRVIN STAR was bumped soundly a few jumps after the start, then came off the inside and bumped a rival by the five and half furlong peg, came off the rail and bumped the winner by the half mile marker and then went back to the rail, eased off the inside on the far turn and swung out five wide leaving the turn and was along for the show award. LOVE ACTUALLY set the pace and crossed over to the rail and was passed nearing the seven sixteenths and tired on the rail.
