Chart notes
FANSHELL BEACH bobbled subtly at the start, prompted the leader from the three path, dueled with that one turning for home, shifted out while taking charge in midstretch and drove clear. BOOKED came in at the start and was last away, trailed in the three to four path then rallied to reach place in the final sixteenth. WAR READY led narrowly from an outer prompter into the turn, dueled with that one turning for home, but gave way at the furlong grounds then lost place late. JASPER VALLEY chased along the inside, failed to keep pace with the embattled leading pair around the turn, yet kept on mildly but lacked a bid. SMOKE TRAIL chased from the three path then gave way. HEART OF A HERO raced off of the pace in the two path, shifted out to the four path while trailing into the lane then failed to factor.
