Chart notes
HIGHLY POTENT was prominently placed racing four-wide, moved up to take the lead nearing the quarter pole, angled in entering the stretch and was fully extended to hold off ATOMICO late. ATOMICO saved ground while being unhurried, angled out nearing the eighth pole and finished fast. DAMAGE settled in the back of the field, came five-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. ANNIHILATE 'EM was forwardly placed racing three-wide, came four-wide into the stretch then was bumped by JAKE'S AFFECTION nearing the eighth pole and finished willingly when clear. JAKE'S AFFECTION chased STONECOLDHANDSOME racing two-wide, came out nearing the eighth pole to bump ANNIHILATE 'EM and weakened. PERGAMON was forwardly placed for six furlongs racing two-wide and tired. STONECOLDHANDSOME saved ground setting the pace to near the quarter pole and gave way when headed.
