Chart notes
CATALYTIC chased two wide down the backstretch, advanced three deep turning for home to take command then drew out under encouragement. WORCESTER raced in the three path the first turn, was patiently handled between horses, left the far turn in the two path, eased out four wide in upper stretch and rallied. NATIONAL LAW remained along the rail stalking the pace, found room inside horses through the stretch, had aim on the lead in mid stretch and flattened out. J D FACTOR made the early lead and set the pace near the inner rail, drifted to the two path turning for home and weakened between rivals. UNION FLEET , void of speed, stayed along the inner rail around the far turn and through the stretch and failed to be a factor. IRISH CORK , never a factor, circled both turns four wide and floated to the six path in upper stretch. FREEDOM ROAD , four wide the first turn, chased outside horses down the backstretch, raced in three path the far turn and gave way. CROSSLAND , in the two path between horses down the backstretch, checked in tight quarters entering the far turn.
