Chart notes
J J GREY stalked the leader while just off the inside,engaged that one from the outside turning for home, drew well clear under left then right handed pressure. SWIFT BLADE forwardly placed early along the inside, switched off the rail for the drive when out of the pocket late in the final turn, proved no match for the winner in the drive. AUTOBAHN in mid pack early, came three wide for the drive, finished up with some late interest to be closing the gap on the runner up. VINTAGE COWBOY with the pace three wide into the first turn, gained a larger advantage just before a quarter, clear late backstretch, continued to show the way through the second bend, offered brief resistance to the winner entering the stretch then began to falter. SEVENTIES MUSIC settled off the pace and the inside, came three wide for the drive, improved position in the stretch without posing a serious threat. I'M WORTHY within striking distance on the outside, pulled in the run up the backstretch, had little for the drive. GLOBAL HEAT WAVE broke back, lacked speed out in the strip, four to five wide turning for home, lacked a meaningful rally. RACE READY settled in mid pack, raced four wide late in the final turn, tired through the stretch. KID CHARLEMAGNE fell back to trail after the start and was not a factor.
