NOVINOPHOBIA vied four deep up the backstretch, chased after NEXT TRICK four, three, then two wide on the turn, re-bid between rivals at the top of the lane, took over outside the eighth pole and drew clear in the final sixteenth. STAGGER LEE was washy going into the gate, had to chase under a hold when running closely on the heels of the leaders up the backstretch, angled out widest and was on the move five deep then four wide around the bend, challenged three deep at the top of the stretch and got outkicked by the winner. NEXT TRICK vied five deep early then cleared inner quartet entering the turn, crossed over to the inside, challenged by pair of rivals at the top of the stretch, lost command entering the final furlong and yielded to the top pair in the late stages. MEEKING got crowded leaving the gate, pulled the rider along chasing after the leaders, went two wide into the turn, angled out to the four path approaching the quarter pole, drifted out in the lane and offered a mild response to earn a minor award. JUST DEAL vied for the lead from inside, chased into and around the turn and faded out of contention. SIR NANO vied between rivals early, chased in the two path still between runners on the turn and weakened in the drive. ONE STEP BEYOND vied three deep between foes up the backstretch, failed to keep up with the leader and chased three deep through the turn, tired in the lane.
