ENCANTAR established a forward position early, raced in the three path for most of the first turn then dropped to the two path, prompted the pace on the outside, was asked in the two path on the far turn, responded well in the stretch and gamely prevailed under strong urging. SOARING SPIRIT bumped with rivals at the start then tucked in early, was reserved in the two path, moved to the three path while roused late on the far turn, came into the stretch in the five path, gained on the outside, bumped with FELIXYN near the furlong marker, rallied to make a bid outside the sixteenth-pole, fought to the finish and just missed while narrowly able to get the place. PELICAN PRIDE bumped with a foe at the start, saved ground on the first turn, was reserved off the pace, shifted from the two path the four path while roused on the far turn, turned into the stretch in the six path, rallied to make a bid near the sixteenth-pole, fought with the top two to the finish and just missed while able to get the show. AMAZING GRACER bumped with a foe at the start then was hustled, was taken under a tight hold early then tugged on the bit, raced in the three path on the first turn, was reserved outside but with cover, passed the nine-sixteenths pole removed from cover, made a bid in the three path on the far turn, battled under a drive into the final furlong and was outfinished while crowded some late. FELIXYN was well placed just off the pace on the inside, came under some urging on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the two path then moved further out while chasing, bumped with SOARING SPIRIT near the furlong marker then swapped leads back and forth, moved inward in the final sixteenth and lacked the needed kick. LITTLE FINCH bumped with a rival at the start, dropped well behind early, saved ground on the first turn, was unhurried at the back, went around the far turn in the four then five path while roused and failed to threaten. BEAU'S BELLA bumped with an opponent at the start, went to the front, dropped from the two path to the inside late on the opening bend, showed the way down the backstretch, was asked along the rail while inside the winner on the far turn, dropped back in upper stretch and gave way. BIG JACKIE saved ground while reserved towards the rear, was asked on the far turn, came out into the stretch and failed to respond.
